The weekend is over, and now we must start preparing for the arrivial of the Director of Commerical trucks for Ford Motor Company, Len Deluca on Wednesday. He is coming to my shop this week for our Ford dealer open house.

I actually run the retail store for DeJana Truck & Utility here in Smithfield RI.

We just finished moving into our newly constructed 45000 sf facility and he is coming to speak and get a tour of our new building.

DeJana is one of the largest chassis pools in the United States.

What a great day to be outside. If only I was.

Thanks to a random virus, my hard drive got corrupted, and I lost a computer. The worst part is I lost everthing on that drive. 7+ years worth of data, gone. I am sure I have some of the data on other hard drives or usb thumb drives, but I have to start going thru them.

So if you havent backed up your data in a while, here is your reminder.

BACK UP YOUR COMPUTER! OR YOU CAN LOSE IT ALL!!!!

Good Tuesday everyone, have a great day.

Yeah it doea suck, but it is a motovator to build my back up tower with a raid controller so i will back up all my data at all times.

This loss made me rethink my data storage, and motivate me to build a home network out of the misc computers i have aquired over the years. Its going to cost some coin for part i need to purchase but in the end it will be worth it.

Happy thirsty thursday.

Fall is apon us and in no time the leaves will be changing and the cold will be rolling in. For those who want a snowey winter i hope u get what u want. I know my company would love the plow sales, buy personally i dont mind the one or two little snow storm winters.
