Jay, I am not sure I like this whole sledding thing anymore. Seems like a boat to me, just a money sucker. lol

Got a picture of the piston?

Isn't it great working on toys?????

Cory, do those inner wheels have a shaft between them? Mine doesn't have a shft between the inner wheels, but a different skid(like yours) might.

Looks like that is where the shock mounts also so there should at least be a pair of small collars/spacers between the wheels and the shock. I almost garauntee there is a snap ring on each of those wheeles to keep them in place also. Should be able to hold the opposite side with a vice grips like Jim mentioned (in theory).

Looks like you are also missing a nut that holds the chain case to the chassis, better get one on there, should be 3/8"(use a nylock nut)
That seems way loose. I tightened with a wrench so the chain moved slightly by finger (like on a bike). I guess I need to adjust again. Good thing I am out of gear oil or I would have a mess.

Yes I can get a pic. I don't mind working on them if they cooperated. I don't like stubborn bolts and broken parts. I guess I like regular maint. type of stuff oh, and modifying!

Will do Michael, not sure when that will be but I will let you know......

It rode better on a trail than any of my vehicles do on the road. Nice and smooth no matter what the condition......
