Another beautiful day in paradise. Looks like winter might be coming soon. I see the forecast calling for lower temps but still no snow. Well time to make the donuts.
Any recommendations on where to get the kit to install a 7 pin connector in the bed locally?
That camper place in Osseo should have that I would think. Or go to Hilltop over in Fridley.

Man am I tired now. My feet are screaming at me.
I hate wallpaper. We still have some in our bedroom but other than that and some border ours is all gone.

Have fun with the donuts Cory. We are supposed to get one or two cold days then back into the 40's.
I finally got to be the windshield this week. Woohoo!!
Howdy right back Chris!

Thanks Jay! I'm kinda looking forward to the drive. Not ready to be back in Ely, but this drive will definitely be different!

Hey Michael! I definitely am not ready for the next semester of classes yet. Nothing too hard, just enjoying the last three weeks of slacking off!

Why didn't they do the Roadhouse?! That was about the only good thing K102 has on the radio anymore. Without that, I'll just permanently switch to 98.1 out of St Cloud.
Well my day had a large unexpected twist to it.... This morning I woke up and looked out the window to see my trucking leaning on one corner. I got some coffee at the hotel lobby and walked out to check it out. Lo and behold, a flat tire. Lovely. So I stare at it for a few minutes thinking to myself about how the coffee tastes like crap anyways and the day shouldn't get too much worse. On the second styrofoam cup loaded with watered-down hotel coffee, I came to the realization that I could maybe spring for a set of rear tires. So off I went to Tires Plus. I went in, told them what I needed, drove the truck over and went about my day. About twenty minutes later, they called me, and said that my front tires were outdated and that the tread was less than legal. To end this story, I ended up with four new tires. Woo. At least I'll be able to drive a little better through the snow now. I started writing this post last night, and my computer died. I was too tired and lazy to grab my charger so I just continued to write it in yesterday's point of view.
That is a nice truck, kinda high mileage. I have to break it to ya, I am not gonna get a truck. Wife is taking a teaching job with no guarantee to be hired again next fall. I have decided to let her (haha let her, ya right) take this job even though it means less (a lot less) income per year. I have to put my truck on hold to see if she will get a job next fall. It is a dream of hers to be a teacher, so who am I to stand in the way. I have to keep 'ol blue for a bit until things pan out. I did not really want to put the hitch back in but no choice.
Nice of you to let her take the job! LOL We can still keep looking and maybe you will be lucky enough to find a truck that is a crew cab that is the same price as you want for your truck then it would be about an even swap. Just a thought.

I just went to the parts store here in town and picked up the female connector and drilled a hole in the box and wired it up. Cheap and easy!

Good morning Jake! That sucks bout the tires but at least you are good to go for a few years now.
Bummer about the tires but it is probably for the best.
She made quite the haul Troy! Not to mention she made out like a bandit at Xmas too! LOL Gotta spoil her rotten. Not our job to do anything different. That is for her parents to worry about. Haha
Off to do some errands then to a friends to watch the playoff games. Have a good day everybody.
And still no word from anybody on how the sledding is going. Must be having too much fun to reply to my text. Oh well. Chat with ya tonight.

Glad you spoiled her Jay! I don't think they have signal up there so they probably haven't got your text yet. It will probably pop up on there phone after they get home. LOL

Yep we can do that. Good deal the search continues just have to lower our search price.
Good evening guys! Hope everyone had a good day! I finished hauling some more stuff out of my storage shed and then we had a fire out back and Jase roasted some marshmallows. Not too often you can do that in January.
Good evening MN. Back from our weekend in RI. Less snow here now then when we left which wasn't much to start with. Maybe an inch or so. Next storm on Thursday will be a rain storm, then cold after that.
