Don't think it would do much.

In the past I ran a propane heating in my old enclosed trailer. Best way to do it. Find an old camper furnace, or just a tank mount heater.

Congrats on getting the boat motor back in Troy.

The headstuds? Eh, I don't buy it either. I'm running a 100+ HP tune on a 300k 6.0.

With BTW, original EGR/Oil cooler, head gaskets, and turbo...

The '03's had some problems for sure, but 04 1/2 and up are pretty solid. Different problems then the 7.3's but no worse.
Maybe its hyped up but seems like a lot of after market stuff targeted at those areas and articles about them. I wouldn't mind a 6.0 but always be worried of it being a ticking bomb. But they all suck when broke.

Off to the garage to work on the sled

Mine actually gets less than the 7.3 but its sure is better in my opinion. Of course with 2 extra wheels hitting the road less is ok in my book.

Don't you have a lower gear in the new one? ie 4:10 vs 3:73

I used to agree with this until last April when my 7.3 cost me 1100.00 in the middle of nowhere Ohio....

Well think of it this way Jim, if you knew of a hype that would support a market for a product, would you push it? I think that's as much of it as anything.

I don't care if other people want them of not. I don't push. I've had good luck with multiple 6.0s. I also know people who have had bad luck. Sounds like a lot of vehicles, huh?

I just get tired of all the negative around them...

Have fun working on the sled. Now make it snow!!!!

Dale, I didn't get your message until about 5 minutes ago. Had my ringer off. Sorry...

Tomorrow doesn't really work since we are going to Cory's. But Monday would.

Get any leads on your truck yet?
