c'mon man, you should give me a little more credit than that. You know once I'm dynoed I'll be posting up. Working on getting a dyno day together, and RAcin' just got his rig running tonight.
if at all possible,id be interested in seeing one of your pulls with the cooling fan clutch locked up.so far no ones done this for us yet.would be cool to see just what she robs engaged.
if you need to pay for an extra run for this,send me a pm.
You gonna get the water/meth setup before dynoing?
Yep.

the shuttering noise you hear around 48 seconds is drivetrain shutter. wheelspin.
wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow.
you sure don't see an idi boosting like that everyday lmao.
iv gotta keep playing the devils advocate here though.
to get this kind of boost from the 'ol idi,it's got to be just sucking the fuel to make it happen-well of course it does right,otherwise you wouldn't have modified a pump to do so lol.i guess the question is then;
if your going to use so much fuel to get this kind of power,where is the point when one says,ok its as cheap (or cheaper) to build a 460 and just run that? but where would the fun be in that i guess.
not playing devils advocate;
practical for most or not.frigging great job!

I'm averaging 17mpg on this tank so far.... that includes hammering on it in the videos every once in awhile.
show me a 460 laying down the 400hp/800tq to the wheels range, getting that mileage.
also, because I see it being mentioned on other boards....
You cannot do a CTD or PSD swap at the quality level I did this for the same money. It is not possible. Also, a 7.3 PSD with just a chip would get its doors blown off by my IDI.

Ok definitely not my best looking creation ever, but it truly is a work of art!
Not to be critical, but you should look at using 409 SS Schedule 5 elbows for the elbows at the exhaust manifolds and down pipe. They are a lot tighter radius than any tubing that I’ve seen. You’ve done a wonderful job fabricating everything on your install.
Congratulations on a real nice build. Sounds like you might have a small business going here!
im ready to see her work!
hook up to a trailer and throw '91's truck on it and head to a steep hill.that will get a lot of guys drooling as she walks up a side of a mountain like a modern diesel while in tow.
man,imagine that engine backed by a built E40D with a triple locking custom low stall grunt converter......oh yeah.

Lol...my rig on a trailer hopefully that never happens! Fingers crossed! You love the e4od 4x4 eh isn't the e4od rated for more towing then the zf?
