It may not be Tri drive as that rear steer could be a tag type axle.
We have cement trucks here that use the dual front turn axles and think Tri axle out back but not steering.
Then we also have a normal single front steer axle, rear dual drive axle and a tag axle they drop when loaded that steers / turns when the truck turns but is not hooked up to the steering front axles.
We also have Tri drop axle dump trucks where they are just behind the cab and in front of the rear dual drive axles.
They look like all tires / axles and they steer when going around corners.
Oh and that above picture rear steering could just be steering / turning when the truck goes around a corner.

And just wait until one or more of those “steerable” drop axles get a case of the death wobble! FUN! Ask me how I know!
Those two above look better than what Bad Chad did but still think they are photo shopped, look as they could very well be doable though if you had the vehicles at your disposal ..big job though..
