Hey now...this is my neighborhood, you stay down south where you belong.
Now, Buzz, about that yard...??
We just went through that area, up highway 97 through Yakima, a few weeks ago on our way to visit my in-law's family in Wenatchee. Didn't have too much time to poke around in Oregon or Washington. I did bring back an old gas pump with me that I bought from a guy in your town about a year ago and had him meet my in-law's family around Ellensburg.
Don't worry, Wayne. It won't be until at least another year that we plan to drive up there again and this time I'll hitch my car trailer to the back.

I hate to see all this good stuff go to waste. Looks like the owner is moving in alot of newer ricer stuff to make money. Ive only been there once this weekend so can be real sure on his prices. The name of the business is Tee-Pees it is just north of Sunnyside and about 30 miles south of Yakima. Probably has a Sunnyside phone #. I cant be more helpful on prices. I bought a handfull of chrome fender chrome for 65 f100,original 352 valve covers , battrey cover for a hole in cab floor battrey and a few other parts and paid $50 not to bad for good chrome stuff and hard to find covers.
What the heck is the truck with the "Dualmatic" hubs. It's got four headlights which puts it in the 1960 era, but I'm dying here trying to figure out what it is.
Edit - I see now. It's the fenderless '56 COE. On my phone I wasn't comparing it to the other pic of the truck.
That M-H was originally an F-5 Snogo, then converted to an Express pickup. Notice how the rear fenders sit back further than they would on an F-2/3. Stu

That's a closeup of the COE in the picture above isn't it?
Yeah, thanks, I was typing my Edit while you were typing. The Dualmatic hubs with no hood badges, like would have been on a Napco or M-H, makes me wonder if this is another product of the mysterious northwestern states company that we've speculated might have done the two half tons that we've seen. Bet it is. Stu
Stu, I'd bet that company was a logging company that did it in their back shops, around here they've been known to do all sorts of modifications to their equipment, some of it some real crazy stuff! Like that chain drive log framed rail car I posted in here a few pages back. So I'm sure pulling the beam axle and putting in a 4x4 unit and a transfer case would be small stuff to them.

Harrier you are correct. I wanted more of the COE in the shot but it was so packed in there I was having a hard time doing that. The dash with the metal plack is out of the same truck. I was going to put a blown up pic of that tag in there but decided not to. I can do one if you like later tonight. Dont know if it helps but the frame in the back was painted with what looks like olive drab primer. It looked milatary.
Looks like this yard is worth a visit. Looked it up on Google satellite map and the yard is large. Also, looking through Buzz's photo album, this placed is filled with older trucks and cars.

Do they allow you to roam?
Yes just like a pull and save. The big trucks and older is in the rear you have to climb over a fence of apple crates to get there. There is a road leading to the back. I was with my brother who is there on a regular basis. Most of the older fatfender stuff is in the back.
