To me, it seems like more of an attempt to boost post count (in some cases.) And in other cases, it's to try to get comments and interactions going in slow forums. A lot of us have varying opinions at this point, we'll sit back and see which way it seems to go...

And as for life keeping us busy, that's the truth! I can't seem to catch a break and haven't been posting as much lately, though I still try to read as many posts as I can. Seems I spend all my time chasing a dollar, and more often than not, failing to catch it!

I was in the tinkering mood yesterday. I went to the local parts house, and $36 later, I eliminated the old glasspacks. Now I have dual str8 pipe. It's not too bad at idle, and you can hear the cam better. When I get on it.....deafening.
Just gotta be careful where I do that.
Here's the vid of it. I just made it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yH5iE7RCgHI

a few years ago we used to have hit and run posting party's to boost activity in slow chapters.
but it was an organized event, not a single person thing.

Sheesh Dale. Is that your 300 six in there? I had to take a second look at your siggy... Maybe I just haven't heard an uncorked 6 before...
Come on, really?

Here's the vid of what I did on the 4th. Showing that indeed, it is a six. An uncorked, and cammed six.

souunds schweeeet .
over on the falcon site, we had a guy that went wild with a 200 he had in a 63 convertable.
when he got done with it, it sounded better than a 5.0 mustang..

and kicked quite a few mustangs butts out on the street and track too.

wow... I am out of commission for a week and find we are on the third page. Good to see everyone chatting... except for the post hog spammers.

I see there is a possible g2g on aug 6th in Port Costa. Sounds like fun.

I am still putting in 60+ hours of work per week, but hope that will get lighter by next month. If it doesn't I will probably wear out.

Haven't started the truck in two weeks plus and need to.

Hey everyone

Hope you had a great weekend. We went to the race track & practiced today. What a rush! I actually got to try it for myself, instead of doing the medic thing. Ofcourse, I brought my medical stuff just incase, but I didn't need to use it.
Time to kick back, relax, & have a cold one!

Dan.....I do understand...it is common knowledge that Steve ( sddesigns) wants to be first to 100000 posts, and he has no competition so not sure why it is that important ...but ....as for the rest IMO posting to follow a "post" behind it is OK ...blind not linked I agree it is odd.

...and no doubt I am guilty of that at sometime

We actually believe it is, which for a state that is dryer then a popcorn fart....it is great...last night at my house here we got 3/4 of an inch.....it looks like maybe the fire is going to get drowned within a month...then we will have the floods for 175 thousand burnt acres in the mountains....hum...

How about that Tim, and you can catch me if you can, but is it true it's gonna be like the old odometers and roll back to a slightly off tilt ZERO?????
