What's going on with the rental? I have one of those too. Boy, I could tell you some horror stories about being a land-lord.

Are people doing mass-postings here? I keep seeing postings that are posted on multiple chapter forums, and when I respond, they don't answer... Like, folks seem to be posting a bulk message but don't even bother to read the replies, just post on forums to post... I don't get it. I feel like I could communicate just as effectively with a tree.
Are there any real people out there? Well, I know there are some, but it's almost like there are virtual people out there posting too, just to keep the chapter forums active or something.

I was able to get 220.66 miles in on my bicycle yesterday.
The trip from Memphis to Jackson TN was hardcore but I did it!

Hate to say it but I think it is more than just the one, Dan.
Not sure of the motive for this, maybe just like sending out emails to all of your friends, but I suppose there may also be a positive result from keeping forums active, from an admin point of view.
Actually, there really isn't much activity from our regular chapter members lately. Including our Most Worthy Chapter Leader.
I guess life has been keeping many of us busy lately... Maybe its a good thing to have blanket postings to drown the deafening sound of crickets.
