Yes, we're gonna make the trip again. Not particularly fond of the window sticker... just never got around to removing it.

Goodmorning everyone!

Hope you have a blessed Sunday. WOOHOO...1 more day until the 4th of July!
Have a happy & safe weekend.

Just a lil' heads up for next Saturday at ThunderBowl Speedway. I guess that they're going to have Outlaw cars, as well as quads & dirtbikes for this memorial race only? Didn't know if any of you had Outlaw cars, TT Flatrack bikes or quads that were coming, but supposedly it's going to be packed. So, get there early if your coming out.

Good morning So Cal and visitors!

I finally got the registration sticker so I can put the plates on my truck today.

Other than that it's swimming and grilling and chilling.

Have a great day!

One thing to think about with exhaust backpressure is that it can help light the turbo a little quicker. I have often considered throwing a muffler(flow through design) back in just to see what the difference is.

How would that work? Pressure is one thing, BACK-pressure is quite another.

You want the low side of the hot-section of the turbine housing as close to atmospheric as possible to get maximum throughput.

+1, that logic makes sense to me

Pretty sure my issues are more related to a leak in the up-pipes and the EBPV that needs to be deleted.

Not sure about this heat... but excited that my only plans for the rest of the weekend are cleaning the truck, working on the car, ordering parts for the truck.... and grilling.

(I might even let a beer hold down the corner of the tool box while I work.)

That reminds me, any of you guys with the earlier trucks mind sharing what a set of alloy wheels with an 8 x 6.5" lug pattern should go for in decent condition? Found a set I think might look good on the trailer.
