I'm pulling carpet up today. Was hoping to find hardwood. Found tile instead. Hoping to find hardwood under the tile. Goal is a hardwood floor, either restored or installed.

It is my daughters bedroom. She moved away, and I can't let a vacant room go without an overhaul. It's about 200sq. I'm going to start scraping tile right now. I think it is stuck right to the oak hardwood.

Damm that sounds stupid and a pain. We had to pull carpet to find our oak flooring, fully restored tiger grain oak thruout the house. Love it, so good luck in your project.

We don't always catch the posts in the intro forum. Besides, that'll count as 1 more towards the 25
