Did you know all you would have needed was the 8 lug outers? According to my GM axle hoarding buddy, lol.

The ford 1/2 tone rotors are 11in the 3/4 are 12in so using the 3/4 rotor with the 1/2 caliper bracket most likely rub? but these are Chevy knuckles and out! will also match the Gm 14bolt with disc brakes for the back!

I'm thinking you can just change the caliper bracket without having to change anything else beside the hub/rotor, but since you already have everything, no big deal. I'm also going with the dana 44/14bolt combo with 4wheel discs. It's just going in an old full sized Jeep instead of a Ford.

This is the 14 bolt for big red, going to do mine same way but might use Cadillac calipers so I can have an e brake.

I can say this from experience. Trucks covered in bedliner material look like ***. We had a mid 90's chevy 1-ton dually come to the shop quite a few times and it was covered in the stuff. It was not a good look.

In that case, the inside floor and back wall of the Jeep are getting covered in it. Inside on lower surfaces are ok.

Yeah, still think that's a bad idea.

But it's your truck.

I once seen a 2000 ish 4x4 F150 ext cab that was was professionialy painted with the black stuff. It was different, but I would of spent my money on a lift/tires/eng pro goodies/lockers/winch with HD bumpers.....beadlock rims.....

All through the '80's and '90's, gear oil was good enough for us in the 203 and 205 cases.
