What are your plans for your front 44 when you 3/4 swap? Are you just going to change the outers or are you doing the whole axle?

That's what I was thinking. If you find a D60, I might be interested in your 44. It is radius arm on them old broncos, right?

Yes the are radius arm , my buddy Ryan has a d44 and 9in set 4.11 that he wannts $500 for?

Hummer tires did in the rain! its still no sports car have to slow down.
They do rub the inner fender at full lock turning left!

I have that rearended 79 bronco (no damage to the) front and rear axle's... radius arms, coils.... what ever you need, steering ect.... complete with a LS in the rear 4.11 or 3 ??..... but no r&p in the front (it went to Alan's front end).

And way cheaper, but do not mean to under cut Ryan at all, I'm just saying. Pm if interested and I am closed to KC.

broken parts

Well whlie trying to show off this week, broke some more parts on the bronco!

Broke the yoke right of the pinon


Im really quit happy with my self, 1st time I have broken some thing wheeling!


It don't look Big in the pic, but I hit the bumper on the way up! Was all most up when it snapped! I need not to be so heavy on the peddle!


Looks like I will be swapping my 14 bolt real soon!

Well I cant wait to see you at SMORR...JK.

Here are a great example of those spare 8 on 6 1/2's I have...if you needed a front or rear d/s I could hook you up, but since you go and break the harder stuff to replace, that I do not have setting around, have fun swapping the 14 bolt.

Got my 14 bolt out to day and started cleaning on it! every thing looks good! turned the rotors for it but one is warped, got new one coming. Did find out it only has 3.73 gears! got to looking at the Bronco it only has 3.50 gears ! Not to happy, any way I look at it i need a set of gears! So Im now looking for a set of 3.73 gears for a D44!

You can get a set of USA Gear gears from Randy's ring and pinion for like $130. Not sure if a front chunk from a GM 44 would work in a Ford housing, but I know where at least 3 3.73 Dana 44s are. They are all pass side axles and I'm not familiar enough with the Ford versions other than that they are driver's drop.

Got a little more work done on the 14 bolt done tonight! Dalton knocked some rust off, rotors are now on the hubs, and the caliper brackets are painted

The Bronco is preped for paint! As soon as the dew is gone I will start painting in the morning!





Is 3:55gears in the rear, close enough to 3:50 gears in the front, I can get buy a while?
