If you can find it there's a page over in the v10 vs psd thread that we talked about that. I had actually posted the numbers backwards I thought the over 10k had higher numbers but its the other way around. Well anyway someone said that it was for some gov. Rating purposes or something like that. You might make better heads or tails of it. I would say it was in the last 15 pages..
