The jack is literally stored in the passenger side fender...Behind the battery, and in front of the heater core....
There's a wingnut bolt that holds it all together, and can be a BEATCH to get out.....
wow really....uhhhhhh fail on Fords part? ok time to invest in a bottle jack i can just chuck in the tool box....do you have a pic of where the jack should be located? so i know what to look for?
Like I said...Right into the passenger side fender.....Can't miss it....Unless the PO removed them for some reason..
And I wouldn't recommend a regular bottle jack; As they don't have a tapered "Foot" to attech to the truck....Trust me...A regular bottle jack is a awesome way to become a jackstand.....
Look behind the battery....There's some funny looking slots in the actual fender....And you can kinda see the mounting bracket that flips up to hold the lug bolt wrench and jack.....They have their own lil niche...
Actually, look along the fender...You can see the bottom of the jack...It has the white label on it....

got the turn lamps today YAY!!! so heres a pic of them before install, will be taking some more pics as I install them, doesnt seem as hot out so I think I should be ok today!!
Yup, after a minor Hiatis (hiatis minor) I finially got a few days back to back that were 65* (yay) and got the driver side turn in place and wound up going to a local shop to get some extra help with freeing the really severely rusted bols/nuts out we actually broke one taking the old houseing off but got them out, and put the new ones in!! yay! as for where I got the turn lamps, it was Truckviva.com, but i use any place that sells parts (including ebay) if the price is low enough to justify the purchase, but I try to keep with quality parts, which these seem to be really nice quality...as far as i can tell...
@ Wes, if i do tint thats going to be a professional job I get, thats not something I want to risk botching up
thanks Wes, I actually had some guy today ask if it was a new design for ford LOL I just said "no its a 95" and he was kinda surprised at how well it looked i try to keep it clean, next thing on my list to do is give her a bath with wax and clean the inside out with a vacuum...again thanks for the compliments!
Ok, I got bored, ordered a set of tails (after figureing out what i wanted style wise LOL) and well, they came today (forgot to take a pic of them in the box/wrapping oops) and put them on...it was raining out so pardon the watery pics....put new 3157 LEDs in them (red bulbs 68 SMD leds) and I have to say they make it look better then I thought here are a few pics (again its raining so I took what I could)
Ok guys and gals, time for another update (see I told you projects never stop on these things)...I have just lost one of my speakers so now I have an excuse to begin planning for my Audio system upgrade, and Im also thinking possibly custom headliner (color matched to the interior) that will contain 3 speakers as well, and subs (6x8) that go in factory locations and other then that I think thats more or less all I have for the truck...but im sure Ill think of more to do project wise
Looks good man. I'm in the progress of planning my audio system as well. I already put in the door speakers and back speakers. Just need a head unit, amps, and subs now. May throw in some tweeters too. Good luck!
