With winter coming, I started making the skirt for the trailer. We still have some trimming to do, but it is coming along nicely.

Well damn, you make it sound like most of my projects look like crap..

Crista was working on it some today to trim some of the excess off the top. After looming at it more, I need to make some minor adjustments to stretch in and pull out some of the slack.

I don't think he meant your craftsmanship, but rather how the look of the material itself compliments the appearance of the trailer.

I mostly see bales of hay/straw piled around...

@Stewart_H

Let me check my thesaurus...is it compliments or complements? I'm pretty sure it's 'complements.'

Wow, I don't post for weak, my brain hasn't engaged in forum "think" that hole time, and one of my first posts back allows a grematical missteak threw that, because its spelled correctly, the dictionary spell checque didn't catch.

Most times I might acknowledge this oops with self-depreciating humor, butt I'm thinking this time they're is know way two due so, so all I can say is, "I coulda had a V8."

Stewart

PS - Mark, how due you no I didn't mean the apron doesn't talk to the trailer at knight, when there's not a single person around, telling the trailer it looks good?

This came up in my email today and I found it interesting. Certainly would make for a clean installation.

But how do you apply just the trailer brakes?

I looked at the Q&A and they're saying the it has manual override, and the description says you just push the button...at $196, it's certainly a contender if a person needed a brake controller, but not sure it's practical if you didn't need one (I love my P3)...unless you're doing a dash swap or upgrade....and we all seem to love our upgrades and mods

I wonder if pushing the button is an all-or-nothing affair when manually applying the trailer brakes? It doesn't seem to have much button travel like the lever on my P3 has.
