Looks new aside from a couple of small issues. Need to replace an awning arm and install a fridge in the outdoor kitchen.
We have a 6 and 4 year old with MANY cousins.

I think it is my wife’s favorite feature. That and the electric awning. She couldn’t figure out the manual awning to save her life or our awning.

It doesn’t produce much heat, that’s for sure. Wife loves the “ambiance” though. This was the wife’s Christmas present. We needed to upgrade and I was able to get our previous tt sold quickly.
Still cold out. Have the furnace and fireplace running to get some heat and will get some more pictures tomorrow.
Looks almost new.
Fireplace will keep the edge off. I know some folks who just leaving it running during the winter in their rig. I don't figure its worth the electricity.
Great looking trailer copsey ! Hard to believe it's not brand new.
Door sticker on it is from NH. Will grab a picture of it and see if you recognize the original dealer.

Doesn't seem it would be worth the electric, it really didn't seem to put out any real heat. It does look good though and momma is happy.
So the family and I went to TX for the holidays and left the trailer in MD. We knew it was going to get cold while we were gone and left the heat set at 40° to keep everything from freezing. We stayed a few extra days to help with a few things and ran out of propane during the trip back. We had a friend check the propane the day before. Well the inside of the trailer was 21° when we arrived home.
I put another tank of propane on, cranked the heat up, turned on several space heaters and we went to get some food. Everything warmed up fairly quickly but the damn filler neck to our fresh water tank had ice in it and I couldn't get to that part of the hose to thaw it out. I literally had the water in the neck steaming but still couldn't get it thawed out to fill the tank. Hooked up to city water worked just fine but we could only stay hooked for so long so the hose wouldn't freeze.
This was Friday night and we finally got everything thawed out yesterday morning. Crazy thing is we were having a similar this time last year in our Toy Hauler.
I just felt like sharing....oh the joys of Full Timing...
