I meant 1.81 for diesel 
forgot to say that......regular gas was somewhere around 1.50 I think....haven't messed with the stuff in over 2 years 
only thing that sucks is, in the back of my head, I know as cheap as fuel is right now those greedy you know what's will find a way to jack the price even higher than they were this last time around

Interesting to see the price fluctuations over the almost 5 years since this thread was created.

PS - Just filled up my daughters truck a couple days before Christmas and diesel was $2.29 per gallon. One day later the price increased to $2.35 per gallon at the same station.

We just had a vacation driving From the East side of Louisiana to Kings Canyon California and seen gas prices from 1.30 (Arizona) to 3.25 (California) I shouldn't say this I hate these low gas prices I am ready to see a steady 3.50 a gallon again. It will bring some stability back to the economy. A lot of people will get back working.

I know fuel is cheaper than it has been - but I hardly notice. Used veggie oil is still FREE!! 
After nearly 350k miles driving on the high cholesterol diet, I can basically care less what diesel costs.
Going on a 1500 mile trip tomorow and will burn maybe 5 gals of diesel for the whole trip.
