Justin I thought 10 ft wide Garage roll up door-- not walkthrough door into the garage :-) my bad-- looks good though
Garrett-- Good Work!
Justin- I have 4 -double 12" subs- that are push/pull running 400 watts per channel- each-- is that enough bass for my basement??
Curtis get some glow rods from harbor freight for 5.99---- worth their weight in gold-- or even double their weight in gold when running wire!!
Garrett i don't know what kind of subs you should put on the three wheeler-- Ask Curtis he has an electronics degree. :-)
lol, yeah we aren't THAT driven enough to replace the whole garage door. Although it has crossed my mind to replace the top "slats" of our garage doors with windowed units to let more light in.
Yes, I think that many 12's should suffice, I wish that I had one!
Justin, another good job. I too though you had replaced an overhead door.
Garrett, put pedals on that thing and my grandson would love it.
Chad and Curtis. All this A/V upgrades are way beyond my experience or needs. We get by with a 40" TV in the living room with whatever speakers came with the TV and our audio setup is one of those combination radio/turntable/CD player things that were popular about 15 years ago. I think AJ picked it up on a garage sale 12 years ago. If I want more sound, I just put in my hearing aids or tease AJ.
I hung up the speakers and ran the wires through the wall, then also hung up the guitars as well. I can see in this picture that I need to level up the TV again, I been moving it a lot, so I probably bumped it.
Decided to clean my car out today. It needed it baaaaaaad. When going through the trunk I found a long lost 1/4" drive ratchet and a couple extensions. I also found THREE different 10mm's!!!! A gear wrench, a short 1/4" drive socket and a deep 1/4" drive socket! I honestly have no idea why they would be in there. Fairly certain the 10mm gremlin is real.
I borrowed my son in laws power washer to clean the deck and siding prior to doing some painting/staining. I'll even get something done if I can get the darn thing to start.

Yeah, and I really dig the sound. The receiver has a microphone that you set up at ear level and it tests the speakers and tunes them automatically for audio levels. It also sets up the EQ for it automatically. Problem is, the couch is too tall, or I sink into it too much and it makes it harder to hear the rear speakers. I need to go manually turn them up a little.
