Lmao I've been waiting on parts ya tard lol. and work has been crazy too. I got today off, and stay tuned for a thread about todays progress.
I got my new valves from Clay the other day, and last night when I got in and was talking to Mr Jam, I lapped a few of the valves in last night before hitting the sack.
I'm just now taking my lunch break for the day, since I got rained out from welding. It wasn't the welding in the rain that bothered me, but it kept washing my damn soapstone marks off lmao.
So I'm going to get a bite to eat, talk to bulla for a few and go lap all my valves in both heads and install the valve springs tonight.
Thats all I can do on the motor until the cam gets here, should be about a week or so.

Got my new valves in from clay the other week, I got a few of them in and lapped the other week and its going good. Matt sent me an email today and they are done grinding my cam, and he's going to get that out to me. I'm also going with a 35psi MAP sensor as well. That allows the fueling the be alot more tuneable throughout the rpm range, instead of only below 24psi.

Is that why I never see more than 24psi when watching MGP with my AE?

Yep sure is, that is what the sensors maximum range is.

Cory where does one get a 35 psi map sensor???
As far as I know bro, Matt is the only one that has any available. They are for people running in excess of 35+psi. It doesn't give you any more power, or any better economy though.
It allows the tuner to spread out the fuel map more instead of having to bring in all of the fuel by 24psi. This makes it alot more driveable, especially the larger the turbo, and also cuts down alot on excessive smoke and can help slightly with egts. There aren't too many people out there running it. But not all that many people know about things like that either lol .
And with my tuning there is no need for an overboost anihilator, or anything, the tunes don't defuel no matter how much boost it sees.
Cory, I think Clay can probably get that MAP sensor too? I know I can.
Sweet, did not know that

clay where you at on this one ... pm me a price
You could, but it you would have to get with Jody on that. I will help the driveability and smoke, esp with a modded h2e that doesn't come on until 2k or so. It's not needed, it wont make any more power, but it makes the driveability better.

Hey Tard, you are going to have to start letting me know about this stuff
