Its been awhile and it was cold outside while we were posting this but I finally got around to checking everything out on my truck... and still no luck!! I have no vacuum leaks that I can seem to find. I eliminated the hose for the 4wd running to the hubs because I have warn hubs now, and still no luck. The only possible way I can get the pump to stop running is to hold my finger directly to the pump itself. Im at a loss on this situation once again!
You will have to unhook one hose, one section at a time and put finger over it until you find where the leak is. If it stops when you plug it at the pump it's self, then chances are the pump is good. It could be the vacuum reserve canister.
I took the reserve can off and inspected it theres no cracks or anything that might cause a leak. I even went so far as to super gles the seem all the way around just to be sure
Unplug the hose going in from vacuum and put your finger over it, if pump stops, hose is good, if not, replace hose, then remove hose coming out of canister and plug the canister, if pump stops, it don't have a leak, if pump continues to run, canister has a leak. Continue this, one section at a time until you find problem.
Ed can get you one at www.partsguyed.com
I think he's back at work. Best to email him and he will get you an OEM at a super low price. Until then, you can bypass the canister and run straight from pump.
Yeah, just take the line that comes out of the canister and hook directly on the pump. might have to splice hose if not long enough. If you have warn hubs, I would take the line coming to the ESOF solenoid and plug it.

I just did away with the lines running to the hubs all together and used the pieces from that to piece the bypass together, works like a charm now thanks again bud
