Well Kentucky chapter members,, TGIF to you all too. Its still miserably hot and dry here in N. Texas,,109F and 62% humidity as I type on this pc. come on down!! and enjoy this drought we are having here. at least send some of that cooler weather and rain you be gettin. pray for us please,, the ranchers are having hard times keeping their cattle and stock watered and fed. this is not typical weather we been having this summer although it does get hot,,this is unusually hot and dry. Maybe the POTUS will send aid,,he sends it to bout every other country in the world,,,we need aid too.
GM all. we finally got RAIN here early this am and has cooled a lot too. thanks for all the prayers for us and especially for the ranchers who are struggling to feed their stock. thank you much and praise the Lord!!
My parents in San Angelo got 6" on Saturday and Sunday and my gf got a bit in Irving. Anyone fair any better. Im not sure if Austin got any because Im out of tow.
It was one of those slow, steady drizzles, more than anything. Probably didn't even amount to much. But even at that, it lasted for a couple hours at my house.
It sprinkled here and only lowered the temps. As soon as it hit the grown, it would dry up. The ground here is one big dry sponge and trees are dieing around here like crazy.

In Arlington it woke me up bout 430am Sat. light rain for maybe 3hrs tops,, did some real good too. but very muggy later as it warmed up. my girlfriend in Mansfield got 6",,and it was really wet afterwards. still could use lots more,, ranchers are desperate for both water and feed for stock. please pray for them.
