Morning guys have I said lately I hate heb? Lol jk just spent like 6 hours there last night to head back today and I don't even work for heb
I hate HEB also. Use to have to make deliveries there and they treated their vendors like doggy doo. They act like it's a privilege to even be in their store. I guess it was for most of those companies but not me.
Things are going good on my end. Just found out that the guy selling the land I was wanting accepted my offer. Hell yeah I just got 42 acres for 64K!!
How are things going up in Montana?

Congrats of the land Scotty!!! Post some pics when you get a chance.
Corey, don't want to go with a 5 speed TKO or T5? Almost a bolt in except for the drive shaft.
What I hate is having to go to the Ford dealler 2-3 days in a row, because I forgot to get something the last time. It's seems like everytime I go in there, to get something for the truck, I end up back in there at least 2 more times for the same project. I always feel like a dumb a$$. Because I know the guy behind the counter is thinking "weren't you just here yesterday, and the day before?".
My Dad used to tell me that Every project Requires three trips to the hardware store.
This is just one of the many reasons I admire my Dad and think he is the smartest man on earth.
Nice score on the land. Heb.... Here everythings broke. Kind of the motto I've noticed to be true. But from what I hear walmart makes heb look like a cake walk though. I think I'm going to start actively pursuing a job back in the residential side of things this comercial work sucks. I've worked the craziest hours in my life these past 6 months... Ib do like having 40-60 hours by wed. And the rest of the week as a weekend though
Good deal Scotty!!! I used to live up there around you BTW, but didn't stay long. I lived in Merkel for about a year... I just remembered that I never told you that. LOL.

The T5 won't live long behind my 351C unless I upgrade the internals and a TKO is just a little bit outside my budget. I was hoping a top loader would be easy to come by as most of the vintage crowd seems to be swapping them out in favor of an OD transmission. I just want it to live behind the engine and take a beating. For the most part the top loader is supposed to bolt right up, with only a minor modification to the shift handle and crossmember.....can't remember the last time anything ever "bolted in" without a little persuasion, lol
$2200 for a TKO is a big chunk of change to throw down. With my malibu I'm torn between the TKO or a T56 and sometimes I even think I wouldn't mind a T5. It's all dreaming now anyway because I don't have money for any of them.
What year mustang do you have?
