I don't know how you guys do it for so many days and weeks through the summer, it was triple digits for a week and they are ready to shut down electrical service due to high usage.

Well , one never gets used to this weather in Texas,, just endure it best ya can. they talkin bout doing rolling black outs here too,, some little suburbs are telling people to NOT water their yards, wash cars, etc. Water levels in reservoirs and lakes are down BAD!! Has good ole Al Gore been spouting off yet on this unusually hot summer? NOT,, he probably in France or Switzerland snow skiing. stay cool fellow Ford drivers,,

OH Joy!! Im ready to head north to Indiana for class reunion Sunday. maybe get some relief from this crap. have to drive the Chevy truck tho,, BII wouldn't make it that far. too slow and them big rigs would run over me going up I-30 to L.Rock, I-40 to Nashville,Tn then I-65 to Indy. maybe even get to the Brickyard 400 if Im lucky. stay cool fellow Ford drivers,,its a hot 1 out there.

They did that here in houston. Did rolling black outs where the electricity was off for 45 mins -1-1/2 hours. we onlywent thru 2 of them. It wasn't that bad

A rolling blackout would suck for me. I have to work from home and haven't installed a battery backup for my computer yet lol. I don't think the company I work for would be pleased lol.
