Nowhere in the article does it say how big the croc was. Seems like an important part of the story to me.

My truck threw a P0683 this morning. Twice. I'm going to check the connectors when it warms up a bit, but looks like I will need a GPCM.

People these days...'nuff said.
Steve, it was on the day I was born, just 25 years before the fact...

Hope it's just the connection. Seems like a pretty random failure.

Commonly the connection? Or a failed module?

It could be the connector with the damp weather all week. But I am rarely ever that lucky.

I don't think that lady was driving around with that dead body for 11 months.
What do y'all think...?

I think they only have her word on that, and she is demonstrably nuttier than a friutcake.

However, the investigator described the body as mummified, and just skin and bones. The fluids were elsewhere. It takes some time for that to happen.

back... I miss anything the last few months? How's everyone been?

I got home and realized that my brand new steering input shaft is still sitting in the box next to my tool box. Tempted to dig into it today to see if it makes a difference. (not in love with the plastic coupler... anyone know it's 'official' function? Maybe isolate engine noise?)

Any luck on that trouble code?

I just finished changing the module. That seems to have been the problem. I could see it wasn't working, because the starting voltage was too high.

Nice to see you back, T8R.
