what happened did the site turn into sewing maching enthusiasts (SME) instead of FTE?

Actually I've been thinking about that very thing lately.

I think we need to start threads with some of this stuff. There are some posts in this thread that actually have information (perish the thought!) in them, and they get buried in this thread that many folks don't even look through. I'd like to see us break out of the habit of just posting things in here (I'm every bit as guilty as anyone in doing that) and starting up a new, topical thread every now and again.

Oye bad news fellas. The f100 must go. The Land lady will not let me keep a "disabled vehicle" on property. This bites.

The transmission reinstalled, and one tire (which I already have, needs to be swapped out on the rim). Trans was rebuilt by yours truly.

I've been doing that everyday! I'm down to the last two, and shes really getting on my about it.

Well, last two main things anyway. Hey, since I don't have a trans jack, any knowledgeable way for a person to lift the trans into place? I can do the tire, thats easy. I've got work here in a few,so I gotta go, but I'll try to check back in either after work for sure, or during work, if possible.
