I'll have to check out the pic of your kill from home. I've never hunted out where you guys are, I've gone mostly up in the mountains around Lander and Dubois. I miss Elk hunting out there.

We walked across the motel parking lot last night to visit a Murdocks store. We've stayed here 5 or 6 times now, and I didn't know what that store was. It's a neat place to browse. Makes me want to buy a ranch just so I can shop there.

That's it. All kinds of livestock supplies, vet stuff, feed, more chainsaws than I have ever seen on display, the complete Carhartt line. Salt blocks. Fencing. Lamb castrating bands. You know, all the must-have stuff.

Friday- Little Sister came over and didn't let me have the computer until 20 minutes ago.
Saturday- Went to girlfriend's house and spent the night. Spent a lot of money on her.
Sunday- Same as Saturday.
Monday was 110 out here, The worker's finished the cement outside in the driveway, used a TON of water, did an OK job, They also installed sprinkler's.
Tuesday- Same as Monday, Finally got a chance to get on FTE.

76f350 if they used a lot of water to finish the concrete you could end up with it dusting a lot, less of a concern for a driveway then garage or basement floor, and could have map cracking on the surface caused by rapid evaporation. May not Be a concern for you since it shouldn't see freeze /thaw conditions like in Vermont.

Pouring concrete in 110 degree heat isn't the smartest thing. I'll bet the finishers worked fast and furious trying to keep it cool.
Monday saw the highest temperature for downtown Los Angeles EVER, at 113, since they began recording temperatures. The previous record was 106, set in 1963. A number of areas also saw all-time highs eclipsed, and a lot saw highest temps for that date.
Locally, we didn't come close, with 109 recorded, with a record set a few years back of 119.
