Yep...even with the tune loaded in it there's no smoke or smell.

I don't get it either, unless there was some stiction beginning and this new programming somehow took care of it.
One thing I've noticed with the new flash is that when the injectors buzz before start up, they start out slowly and increase in speed. They also buzz a bit longer than than they used to with the older strategy.
