Again i'm turnin it over to you guys for advice, im going to replace my shocks, seeing as though the stock original ones are on the truck with 150k. i dont do off road driving really (seeing as though it's a 2WD Four Cylinder) my truck is basically a commuter vehicle. im lookin for something that has a nice ride to it but i know it's a pickup, it's not going to go down the road like a BMW. any suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated, price tag doesn't matter to much either. thanks in advance...
My vote would be KYB GR2 for a factory type ride, or the KYB Gas-A-Just for a stiffer suspension. Either is a good shock, both ride smooth on pavement. The GR2 will ride smoother on rough roads and the Gas-A-Just will handle weight a little better.
i ordered my Bilsteins today, should be in tomarrow. the guy working at Autozone thought i was nuts for putting them on my truck for how much they cost but oh well. ill let you know how the ride is
