I know this is an old'er thread, but I wanted to check to see how this solution worked long-term as I notice the item details on Amazon say that the product is natural and deteriorates, and that does not sound optimal. Thanks.

Just curious if there was a general consensus on using latex vs silicone tubing for this mod? I know this has been around for years and figured I would see what the time tested opinions are, although it could be location dependent.
