Seriously, no sticker anywhere?

Edit: No kidding, just found the article on the DMV website

All this after the state spent millions on research for the new window decals. O well, I hate them too.

Aaron and Greg have a special fix involving a 4x6 and some hose clamps.

You should be able to pick up the hangers at the dealer, I'm not sure if you can get them aftermarket or not. Junk yards would also be a good place to look, but they may be just as rotted. Several years ago I got a bunch of frame parts from a yard down south somewhere and had them shipped up here.

Then its just a simple matter of drilling the rivets out and replacing them with bolts. It's probably an afternoon's worth of work.

I did mine on the 93 F150 and got them from Napa. They weren't to expensive, just hope they aren't the made in china crap.

We got some from the dealer but u could also try LMC
When I lowered my truck I had to do reversed hangers and the easiest way was to grind the heads of the rivets off and pound them out with a hammer and punch. If they dont line up well start all the bolts and run them in a bit at a time in a lug nut pattern. It will suck in and align itself... been there

Another idea would be to go to Super Spring, they have these parts in stock and are cheaper than napa for the same products. Did the same thing to my '96 last year, while you're under there better check the shock mounts on the frame they have a tendency to do the same thing at about the same time.

After getting the rivets out drill out to 9/16" and replace with grade 8 hardware.
