Oh ya Jim nice pictures. I love the height of the truck. Makes the wheel wells do something. Its weird with the new trucks they sit so high and the stock tires end up like 2 inches into the wheel well. Makes me wonder why they even bothered with the wheel wells.
Random but i went to stary my 91 today. No check engine light. It was like that the first week i had it then poof two days it was on. Now its gone, and the damn air pump bypass tube is missing. LOL There is no replacement either which sucks. can't be too important...
It connects to the air pump and the other end connects to more tubs, that connect to the bypass valves and the air injection stuff into the head i believe. Mine rusted to hell and is just missing a chunk in the middle. I'd just rip this crap out but when i get this thing running it needs to be emissions tested. Anyway this truck i guess turned into another project vehicle at this point. Don't think i'll be driving by the time i want too. Got to swap the frame out. Do the floor pans.
Anybody got a good recommendation for a good DD vehicle, good gas mileage, cheap insurance for a 18yo(not that i can get cheap insurance), cheap to buy. F it. I'm just gonna take the bus to college and have my gf drive me the rest of the time, till this thing is on the new frame and i fix the floor pans, and that stupid air pipe lol. I don't feel like digging into my savings to get another vehicle.
evenin CT, I saw Rays new ride today numerous times today (with Aaron behind the wheel). it looks nice (even when its spinning donuts, but dont worry Aaron, I wont tell Ray lol j/k). and Aaron got to take a look at my work truck.
Im waiting for a friend to show up so we can replace the brakes on his daughters car. You know how it is when you have a truck everyone wants to use it! The same can be said about a lift in ones garage!!!! It should be nice and steamy in the garage today
Good morning ct, what's up? Get ready for a warm one. You know it's gunna be hot when You open your truck and your glasses fog up cause it's so hot. And of course, I left my iPod in the truck...but it must be ok cause I'm using it now lol
