You said your harmonic balancer was wobling. The HB is a hunk of steel bolted to the crank with an outer ring of steel surrounding it, attached by rubber. Sometimes the outer ring of steel gets detached from the inner part (rubber deteriorates) making it wobble and possibly hitting the timing cover and make a knocking noise.

no..it looks like the whole pulley..i tried to get a video but its going too fast to be caught by my mom's camera..and the crack pulley, and water pump pulley both look like they are wobbling..

Reach down there and grab the pulley on the crankshaft and see if you can stop it ...

NO DON'T DO THAT!! I'm only kidding PLEASE PLEASE don't do that ...

TURN the motor off ...
Then reach down there and grab the crank pulley/Harmonic balancer and see if it/they move... BY HAND with motor turned off!

Also do the water pump pulley.

Might want to loosen all the belts to do this, it'll work better.

well i know for a fact the alternator and steering pump wobble...i still need a steering pump too....

ok..well it use to miss while at idle, and after i put in the new plug it dont miss anymore and it runs realllyyy smooth at idle

ohh and also, i let the truck completely warm up today and the plugs of the side with the oil were that really good tan color

alright, i took teh ford for a little joy ride around my yard (either WOT or all brake) and there was NO knock, and a TON of power!! it was the 3rd plug that was bad haha
