Normally I would say flex plate to a description like that ... However typically a flex plate can be duplicated in the yard by holding the brake and giving it gas, so can pipe impacts.
Just to eliminate some things you need to do a plug wire pull test and compression test.
Before doing so clean up any oil in places there should not be oil so you can see leaks.
idk if this help at all but the motor feel extremely under powerd...kinda like the rings r messed up...what all could cause a mystery knock when driving but no other time?

Could also be kinda like the EGR valve is stuck, or the timing isn't advancing,
or a number of other things.
As people have been repeatedly telling you, a compression test will answer a LOT
of questions if you're suspicious about the internal health of your engine. Do that
before speculating about anything else on the engine.

Flywheel, flex plate (already mentioned), transmission
Bearings, hubs, U-joints (especially front driveshaft if 4x4)
Shock absorbers, springs
Suspension and steering bushings
To name some of the most common areas....

i havnt had the front shaft on for a while..so its nothing to do with suspention cause its directly related to RPM speed..i dunno if i have a nEGR valve on the motor O_o but i havnt looked at the back of the motor haha would i be able to run the motor with out the vacuum advancement and at 10* or 12* timing?
ok, i went and got a new plug for the motor today. monday (when its cooler) imma go work on it some more..and i still gotta change the plugs in my dodge FML
