Full hydro or hydro assist? Full hydro is not DOT legal. Not only that it is dangerous at speeds above 30 mph, due to the way the orbital valves are designed.
If you steer a normal car left and let go of the wheel it will naturally straighten back out. However with full hydro, if you do the same, it will continue to keep turning left. You have to manual straighten it back out. But when you do so, your now turning the wheel back to the right. Which in return will do the exact same thing. It will be a very sharp and dangerous maneuver.
I've had my trucks in offroad situations, just ***** to the walls across a mud pit and had several flip over experiences. Just imagine what it would be like on dry, grippy pavement! Just a suggestion. Hope your build goes well.
