....and it's coming our way. Some forecasters are saying we could get a season's worth of rain (14") in the next week or so.
Bdox posted a thread warning of this, Thanks Bruce!.........Yeah, the weather is going to be very interesting on this coast for a change!....Steve, do you need someone to school you guys on proper rain gear usage?
Well, I thought I'd revive Keith's thread considering we got another 14 inches of snow Friday night and Saturday. It's in the lower 20s now and they're forecasting sleet and snow for tomorrow morning.

Here in Hampton roads, we got about 10 inches of snow over the weekend and today is forecast for afternoon showers and chance of snow again by the weekend.
Still waiting patiently for the weather that permits shorts and polo shirts as the rule.
Well, we got another 9" of snow, here on Saturday - into Sunday. (I'm 26 miles south-east of Washington, DC.)
One weatherman said this morning that we're expecting another 2 to 4 inches, today/tonight.
Another said 3 to 6 inches.
Plus, we have more snow coming this way. . . .Friday and Saturday!!!
I still want to know where that "Global Warming" is!!!
My Engish Springer Spaniel sure could use some too.
Poor pup is freezin' his rear-end off, when he has to do 'his business'!
Well, we got another 5-6 inches of snow last night. It's 37 outside right now so it's starting to melt off a bit. But now for the fun.....they're calling for another snowstorm here this weekend with heavy snow on Saturday.....lovely. I'm off all weekend and it's going to be another winter wonderland.
I'm right with you Keith. I think Al Gore needs to come down here and run around a bit in shorts, flip flops, and a tank top.

John,
Keep me posted as to what's coming your way!
Anytime a snowstorm comes from the south, and swings east of the mountains, we get pommeled!
As for your last comment about A. Gore in shorts. . . sorry, my friend.
That thought just made me throw up in my mouth, a little.
THAT sight has got to be terrible!!!!!!!
Now, Evangeline Lilly in shorts, etc. . . .NOW you're talking!
Well, IF the meteorologists can get their 'computer models' to cooperate, it looks like we're getting anywhere between 12" and (according to one report) 30+" of snow, starting on Friday, about mid-day.
Hahahahahahaha!!! Lucky you! It's going to start here tonight according to the meteorologists. Thankfully, I'm on midnights until I work off tomorrow morning, then I'm off until dayshift Monday. Let it snow! Of course, they are predicting sleet and freezing rain in the mix also.

P.S. I thought you might like that pic^^^.
Oh, yes! Evangeline Lilly is one beautiful young lady!
Ah. . . to be 30, again. I would have to relocate to Hawaii! Ha!
I added a link to one meteorologist's prediction, above.
I've already scheduled 1/2 day for Friday. I might work from home on Friday afternoon.
Fortunately, my regular workweek gives me Sat./Sunday off.
They're saying 3-6 inches for us now....snow that is. Then they're calling for about 1/2-3/4 of an inch of ice. I'd take three feet of snow anyday versus any amount of ice.
Luckily, the way my schedule rotates, I have every other Friday-Sunday off and this happens to be one of those weekends.
