Hahahahahaha!!! Thought I'd revive an old thread Dave! Really, it's fantastic here! This heat has brought my HOT new neighbor out in some rather skimpy clothing lately!

We've had one of the mildest summers I've seen in the 5 years I've been here. The highest temp in July was 95.8. The highest so far in August has been 92.5. Usually with humidity in the teens.
Usually we've had at least a few days over 100 by this time. We usually get three or four spells of that that last for up to a week. So far, it's been downright pleasant.

We have not had a drop of rain since late June, after a long, cool, wet spring.........everything is dying to start forest fires now with all the dry spring growth, temps will be near 100 today and over the wknd.

Man I'll tell you that sounds great, here in Kentwood Louisiana it's 97 degrees 98 % humidity heat index 110, but the Corona is ice cold !!!
