18 degrees here, 30 MPH wind and snowing real hard. Brought a load of firewood to the house with my backhoe around 4:00 PM, can't see the tracks anymore. Lots of drifting.

It's 39° and raining, right now.
Weatherman is calling for rain/sleet tonight, and rain and about 48°, tomorrow. (48° will be a heatwave, compared to last week.)

We've had blowing snow since last night. Not too bad right at my house, but it caused quite a mess. They stopped the plows for a while, as well as the bus service, and the airport.
Looked at our DOT site and about half of the state map has little red symbols -- some for danger and some for road closed.
Snow stopped now, but the high on Sunday will be about 5 (if we're lucky)
MN weather dept is doing a bang up job of keeping out the riff raff this year.

Was able to get the driveway/open barn area straightened up and blown clear of leaves yesterday as well as hanging the Christmas lights, cleaning the gutters (simultaneous with Christmas lights), and bringing a couple of trailer loads of firewood to back porch.
Now I can stay snug today while it precipitates in whatever form nature chooses.
