Your current weather. . . .
Sunny. A little breezy. I need to go to work and feed the rabbits kids are raising in our small animal care class, but I'll have to wait a little while to be sure the plow contractor is finished out there. No point in me making extra work for someone else.
The "lump" that you see from the Saturday morning photo (on the left) is my old '93 Lexus. It will probably see sunlight in June or July.

"MY" Ranger (the vehicle that my youngest daughter has claimed as "Her's" is outside, and my wife's Chrysler Town & Country is outside.
So, because of the snowblower and associated stuff, only the little 'commuter car' (Scion xB) goes inside the garage, for now.
Today. . . . I drove the Ranger and Megan (my youngest daughter) will have to drive the Scion, IF she goes to work. (My wife and I commute together. She also works less than 15 feet away, in the same building!!!)
Sidenote: Washington, DC streets are in BAD shape, today! Several streets in downtown DC (read as MOST) have NOT even been touched by plows!!!!!!! Literally!!!! The street beside and behind my building has 15"-20" of snow on them.
Also, we got 16" of snow, total, on Tuesday night and Wednesday, at home.
A bit off subject but I was wondering how you like the Scion? The reason I ask is because I've seen a lot of them for sale in the used car section of the want ads which made me think that they weren't very good.

We bought it new, in April of 2004. We paid (I think) around $15,000.00 for it, and it now has 80,000 miles on it.
I've done the following to it:
First oil change at 1,000 miles.
Every other oil change has been at 3,000 mile intervals.
Anti-Freeze flush and change every two years.
One set of tires at 54,000 miles (and the original Goodyear tires still had tread left on 'em!)
One set of front brakes at 45,000 miles.
One set of back brakes at approx. 54,000 miles.
Just put front brakes on it again, at 78,000 miles. (I drive in stop-n-go DC traffic. I want this car to STOP when I hit the brakes.)
Routine wash/wax.
I/we've driven the H E double hockey sticks out of this car!
1.5 liter 4 cylinder, putting out a 'whopping' 108 hp!!! (Look out NASCAR!!)
This car was built completely in Japan, and as you know is a subsidiary of Toyota.
This car is nothing short of fantastic!
It may not be the fastest car on the road (it will do 100 mph!), but, it handles like a slot car. . . . it's glued to the road.
When I buy another car to commute to/from work in, it WILL BE another Scion. (I hope I don't have to buy another car for a lonnnnnnnnng time, btw!)

4" to 6" snow for our area tonight and into the morning. Good snowfall. None of that sleet/freezing rain/ice like last week.
I guess it's the South's turn now. Alabama/Georgia/Carolinas getting the white blanket.

Sounds like a great choice. Thanks for the information, Keith. We'll be in the low 60's tomorrow. No rain for a change.
Yes, indeed. We love this car!
Oh, and the weatherman is calling for. . . . . . SNOW on Monday!
