Oh yea. That was my original plan until I realized that would put me without transportation for a few months until I got everything done. Fortunately a week after I got the Mustang I found another V6 motor in one of the local yards out of an '89 T-Bird SC.
I got the whole motor from the oil pan to the M90 supercharger for $150. I have to get a new timing cover for it and since I have to go that far into it I am going to put new rings and bearings as well.

$100 for a set of new motor mounts and used side mirrors.

I am into the car for $700. I figure another $200 to $300 and I will be ready to register it. I will still need paint and other items to personalize it to make it "my" Mustang but at least I will be able to drive it. Now I just need for my tax refund to hurry up and get here
