The ones that are on a network are rather pricey. The ones that have decent pricing are highly competitive.

Check it out. Page 6 on day 5

I may know where one is in SLC but I don't know if the yard has the car still. Also, any good tuning places in Vegas? If I get this done before our G2G I am going to need to have the computer programed.

There is a place here in Vegas that is just trucks. It's down off Losee Rd.

Jeff go to car-parts.com. There are thousands of wrecking yards listed with most of their parts. I have bought from Trans West in Lehi UT through this sight. They were wonderful plus very fast service & products came as advertised if not better. I see Bart beat me to this info.

Is that why people go to Moundhouse? You guys have been busy. I can't post as much 'cause the main office has everything blocked. It was a nice sunny 82 here today. The Mr was elk hunting out by you Jeff but got fogged out.

I have used car-part.com before. The results I keep getting in the local area are usually too high or no longer available.

I did go to one for the mustang harness that was priced low. I do not know what car it was for but it was not for a Mustang. The person at the counter kept insisting that it would interchange with the Mustang until I took the gauge cluster out of my dash and showed it to him along with the spare wiring connectors. He changed his story and apologized up down left and right about the mistake. He looked rather young so I think he was just going off what he was told.

I do keep checking the site from time to time just in case. However there is nothing like actually going into the yard to look and pull it yourself. I get some good (as well as crazy) ideas that way.

There is some inexpensive light industrial property out in Moundhouse.

And access to several of those salvage yards takes you right past some brothels too.

And Jeff, I know what you mean. Some of my more creative thinking takes place while prowling around between the junked cars and trucks!

Isn't that the beauty of lurking in a salvage yard as to all the cool old stuff there. Right before my dad passed away we went out and just walked thru a yard that had nothing but antique trucks and it was awesome for both as he got to impart all the cool stories about the old trucks and I got to listen to them!
