Michelle, didn't see any snow yet, but rain for sure. I just heard on the TV that the heavy moisture will be here around midnight. We are 34 degrees right now at our place.
Good evening everyone. I don't mind the cold that much, except real cold single digits & below zero then NO. I really don't like the snow. I never liked the snow. Rain I love. Me and damp don't do good. That is tied to snow covering the ground. Rain causes damp but here it drys out pretty quick.

It rained last night here at my place. Still looking drizzly.

I'm hoping that it was snow higher up, in the ski areas.

 

Good Afternoon Nevada and visitors. We are sitting at the same temp we had at this time yesterday.-13c/8.6f. Cloudy with a little breeze. They are saying some rain on Friday.

 

It's fairly nice over here in Wendover. Almost T-shirt weather. For about 10 seconds anyway

 

Pretty quiet on here today. Much different then the day I joined up. Seemed like a flurry of posts.

It sometimes seems to go in spurts. Once in a while a bunch of us will invade a chapter trying to boost up the chapters post count.

 

Yea, it a rollercoaster ride. We are working on that.

 

Is there a point to boosting count numbers? I don't make posts unless I really have something to say.

Just trying to boost interaction among chapter members. More things are likely to happen when everybody chats.

We a very spread out in Nevada, so it's been difficult to make our get togethers happen.

 

That is why we are trying for the page a day this month. To get more of our inactive members active again.

 

I see...I was just trying to understand the point of everyone saying good morning or good night.

Well, saying good morning is a probe to see who is online and let others know you are online. Saying goodnight is letting people know you are turning in for the night. Although those like me will say goodnight then be back on 20 to 30 minutes later

 

That's cool, because I kind of do the same thing, just to see who is still on. Not everyone has their location on their screen so I'm not sure where everybody is.
