All the good truck stuff is in the states. I use my paypal as well. Makes things a lot easier. There are a few places just across the border that will take shipments and charge a few bucks for the service.
It looks like I am going to be selling my Lightning and F-250 tach clusters on ebay. I posted them in the for sale thread but there does not seam to be any interest. Perhaps it is the asking price. I forgot to mention that the price is negotiable I am still new to selling things on the internet
Page 3 day 3. We are back on track but still a little behind. Once I find my camera I will post some pics of my "new" gauge cluster. I have to give props to Frederic who posted info on his cluster conversion. Without which I would still be trying to figure out how to connect the speedo.

Are you saying that they receive a package for you then forward it on to you?

No you have to go pick it up. I haven't used it yet but it should save on some of the shipping costs. I have had stuff shipped and had to pay another 100 bucks at my door.
You have a couple of thing going for you out there: Number one being Michelle and number two being rattlesnake raceway!
Yea it is wonderful. The best sight for us is when it is in our rear view mirror. Moving to Fallon was one of the worse moves we ever made. Fallon has been one big disappointment for us. If the weather holds as it is Lovelock is about 10+ degrees warmer this year I may try a move the 1st of February. I'm sick of Fallon & the weather. I was reminded today by a guy I know that is my age that has lived in Fallon most all his life, except military duty. That the this winter really isn't that bad compared to years past. As I think of it when I was growing up I remember Fallon being colder than heck & foggy & snowy. After you headed out of the valley South or East the weather always improved. We managed about 32 degrees today. Last night was about 10 degrees. The long term forecast doesn't show ant improvement.
Thank God I get to get out of here three times this coming week.

I buy & sell on Ebay from time to time. I have been very fortunate & had good experience on there site. When I'm buying I as a rule will ask a bunch of questions or at least a few. Then I see who will respond the quickest & who will answer me. It a person has good communications then I as a rule go with that person. Even if they are a little higher priced. I refuse to pay high shipping. If the shipping isn't fair then I pass & don't care about there price.
The only problem I have had is I ordered an owners manual for our Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.9 & I didn't see that it was coming by turtle mail. (MEDIA MAIL), & I need it. It was shipped on 12/21/09 & I hope it shows up this month. The seller has been good about communications.

Hello all,
I was turned on to this board by a guy from Arizona that frequents another truck board. It is pretty dead so he told me to come over here. It seems pretty cool as we all have the common theme. I have a 1940 Ford P/u that I just inhierieted from my dad. He hand i had been working on it for a while before he past. He loved this truck and really cared more about how it looked than anything. I have been doing a front brake upgrade along with other little things here and there. I am at a stopping point on the front brakes as I am out of parts right now.
I started a thread over in the pre 47 area showing my progress. I got under the rear end today and wasn't real thrilled with how it looked. I would appreciate any input as I am mechanically minded but not exceptionally experienced.
I guess I should have started out with this:
My name is Rick, I am married with three kids, 5,3 and 1 1/2. We live in North Vegas. We were brought here by the military and my dad lived here. I have been in for 23 years and have three more to go to retire. I look forward to conversing with you all and like I said, any and all input is appreciated. Thanks
