Ok, this is with the chip out and batteries @ => 12.5 volts right. First thing, man you gotta stop using the ether. I know you may want it to start, but you can't imagine how much damage this stuff can do to your engine. The flash point of this stuff is no where close to #2. You could be touching off a charge in opposing cylinders causing down right carnage. [/Soap box off]

When you say it's not getting fuel, what leads you to that conclusion... is there no smoke? Does it sound like it's hitting on a few cylinders here or there while attempting to start? What does your fuel filter look like. Is the fuel bowl full when you open the lid? When it is running and up to operating temperature, at idle does the engine sound like a "knock" or more of a higher pitched "Ting". The "Ting" could be an indication of fuel starved injectors do to lack of fuel flow.

A rudimentary test of the flow is to attach a hose to the metal tube exiting just in front of the passenger side exhaust manifold, open the water separator valve at the rear of the fuel filter housing, and drain contents ~24oz. Then place a graduated container under the hose, and cycle the ignition to the on position. Time it for 30 seconds and you should have ~ 70oz's or more in your container. Again, this is just a rough test as there is no resistance to flow to speak of. This should be a start.

Well we're trying to not guess here, did you try filling a container for ~30 seconds? Just refilling the bowl in "as soon as the ignition was turned on" doesn't tell us much. Soon as for you may be different than soon as for other guys.

Why do the think there's no fuel getting to the injectors? Does the filter look old, do you know when it was changed last? May be time to go ahead and replace it. How much fuel is in your tank? How cold has it been. Have you put any additives into the fuel? Gelling could cause this.
