I only have a few things to get done to the house. Finish the fireplace, replace a railing between the family room and kitchen, redo the kid's bathroom. Then, it all my 67 for the rest of the summer!

Not much left to do in the house. The kids bathroom is the only room left. She wanted to repaint the bedroom, but since I did that not too long ago, I said she'd be on her own!

Nah, she's pretty good when it comes to things like that. She's done her own painting before. Her big problem is having the patience to to the prep work right.
