BTW. The drive gear bolt torque is not that important. Snug it up and it'll work. That is a friction fit bolt and the engine rpms/ icp pressure drive the bolt on tighter.
ahh thats what it is i threw the lil ball inside the hole were the non servicable plug went .. i didnt ever read or see that the lil plastic ball was supposed to go in a certain spot...
Good to hear it!! When I had to do mine last week, I put it in following the International kit's instruction of not tipping it over once the plug is removed (pump goes front-side down).
Bob --> Do you send that green Loctite tube with yours? I had to buy the kit for the DT466 HPOP (which they still tell you won't work in our trucks! LOL), and it came with it. Just curious...
