hpop question?

Hpop for 03 6.0 I can get a reman hpop for $650 or should I spend the extra $200 and get a new hpop from ford

Most swear by the DieselSite replacement HPOP. Maybe one with experience on this will chime in.

I will X-2 the Diesel site HPOP I have NO EXPERIANCE with it though YET when I need one that's the one I want

Spend alittle extra and most likely wont have to worrey about it for Along time if Ever depending on driving Habits


I don't know many with the Diesel site HPOP a few But I wouldn't think any of them has had it in there trucks over say 100K Yet so

I can say I don't know of anyone that installed a Diesel site HPOP that had any problem from it or with it

But reading about Diesel site HPOP sounds like they addressed the Issues

However if you go OEM HPOP from ford we can get you hooked up with cheaper price then $$650.00

IIRC they was $500-550.00 from Bear river ford (Old Tousley) give or take a few bucks

Still start no run... i got it tested and i was getting 260 - 280 psi...

OK GREAT you did some testing that Helps a lot

So you got the SGII right???

Ever try to start with ICP sensor Under turbo Unplugged??

Can you Post ICPV at KOEO


Oh and did you verify LPO flow at the Oil Filter Housing???

Can you post these sensor at KOEO ( Key On Engine Off) and Cranking. SO looking for 2 Values per each one listed below

ICP
ICPV
IPR%
FPW (Fuel Pulse Width)
VOLTS
RPM

Having tried swapping in a new (or known good) IPR valve and rechecked yet? The numbers you list are typical to that of an IPR stuck open.

Yes i have checked everything besides the ipr valve.. i dont have a spare.... only dtc is from egr delete.... i am hoping to get a ipr sometime on monday..

ICP- -4000

truck is currently crank no start... i hear clatter of injectors... have another icp valve.. working on trying to replace it.. can someone tell me best/easiest way to change it.

Ya ICP sensor is OFF as long as Gauge reporting right

I change mine from Top

Removed air cleaner and degass bottle

Unbolt FICM But just Push Off to Side

POST ICPV at Key On Engine Off if you can
