Had some friends over and grilled up some "Alberta Tibetan Yak." It's a yak hat's been crossed with an Angus. Very similar to beef, just a touch more flavorful.
For those of you in Calgary, I highly recommend Horizon Meats. A nice little butcher shop with lots of interesting exotic stuff, as well as some of the finest jerky I've ever had.
Getting ready to go on a nice long trip with the trailer on Friday of this week. So many little things to get done.

Awe the weekend is over!
I was just making a bit of headway getting home projects out of my way.
Well I may of sold my 63 Merccury Monteray to a fella that wants to restore it. One more thing to unclutter my place.

I'm leaving work at noon today to go on two weeks of vacation. But in order to get all my work done, I got in at 5:45 AM, normal start time is 7:30.
Good news, I'm already a good way into it. Bad news. I'm going to be dead tired for my first day of vacation.
