Got out with the family to Aggie days at the stampede grounds. Kid got to see a goat get milked, a sheep shorn, and even got to milk a "pretend" cow herself.

Ahh, I don't want to get too political, but in the end, the party i preferred did not win.

I'm a fiscal conservative, and I tend to not worry as much about social issues. Clearly my outlook does not match the majority of the Alberta voters.
That's all right, I have a feeling that this was a necessary step for the WR to take. In four years, it may be a different story.
Looks like rain for most of the next week. I like that, it'll wash away some of the salt, and green up the place.

It wasn`t a real great Monday morning for me since our power was out when I got up so no coffee before heading off to work. Now it looks like I`ll have rest of the week off since the rain is supposed to start tonite and continue thru the week onto Friday. Hopefully Sat is nice, I got to get some bike time in soon.
