Hi there KenNothing much at the moment.
I'm researching stronger axle shafts for my van.
Since I need to get a larger differential, nows the time to think about upping the spine count.

As for physically nope, just gave the owner the inspection report results along with what we felt should be remediated before closing.
The two biggies are radon and no 'permanent' heat in one room.

If the VA was aware that we took a radon test and that it came back double the limit, then VA would mandate that the radon be remediated before closing.
One room of his house is built over an "inaccessible" crawlspace.
Ledge rises through his basement till it reaches the ceiling.
At the center of the house is an old field stone fireplace foundation, I think that was left during renovations to support the floor.

holy crap is it raining outside! 2nd gear all the way home with the wipers on high. i couldnt tell what was road and what was shoulder!

it didnt take them long at all. i dont undertsand how i can watch home made music videos all day long on youtube, then as soon as i try to put some background music in a video they yank it. WTF?!
